•        Floor finishes: Marble in living and dining areas, kitchen, staircase, corridor of the first floor guest W.E. Parquet in bedrooms. Ceramic tiles in verandas and patios and areas around the swimming pool. Pattern concrete in the drive ways and parking areas.

•        Wall Cladding : Marble in guest W.C. walls and in between kitchen benches and cupboards, Ceramic tiles on bathroom walls and local stone on some parts of the exterior of the houses.
